About the owner
Growing up in the mountains of West Virginia made me into the man I am today. There, I learned how to love people, have conversations to pass time, work hard, serve others, and survive in the wild. Working at the world renowned Greenbrier Resort in the Service Quality and Training department taught me how to serve both fellow employees and customers. I love God and my country and in service to both I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2011.
Adam Lough is the founder of Orchard Street Solutions and the author of THE LONG WORK: Architect, Cultivator, and the Future of Leadership, a practitioner's framework for leading people as AI absorbs routine work. He is also the author of The Morality Code series: The Morality Code: Humanity's Last Stand in the AI Revolution (published as A.C. Lough) and The Morality Code: Volume II, which examine the moral stakes of the AI transition.
He holds a B.S. in Journalism and an MBA from West Virginia University and an MIT Sloan/CSAIL certificate in AI: Implications for Business Strategy, and is enrolled in Wake Forest University's Master of AI Strategy and Innovation program.

He writes and speaks to help people lead well for the sake of both the workforce and the business, and to help leaders guide combined teams of people and AI agents to work efficiently, cohesively, ethically, and productively toward a more abundant future together.
My desire is to help companies create amazing work environments for their employees which in turn will create much more value for those companies. This could come in the form of better working conditions with more streamlined processes or it may come through management training that leads managers to serve their teams. I want to leverage my previous successes to make plans for your future ones.
